2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 2024 as follows:
3 on page 5, line 6, by inserting after "agencies." the
4 following:
5 "The genetic marker grouping analysis information obtained
6 pursuant to this Act shall be used only for the investigation
7 of crime.".
