1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $1, or so much of that amount as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the State Board of Education for financial assistance
7 grants to school districts experiencing a loss in property
8 tax revenue.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
10 July 1, 2002.
