1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1882
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1882 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 11 through 14 with the following:
4 "The bond required by this Section may be acquired from
5 the company, agent or broker of the contractor's choice.
6 Except in a political subdivision of this State with a
7 population over 1,000,000, the form of the bond may be, at
8 the contractor's choosing, a cash bond, letter of credit, or
9 surety bond. The bond and sureties".
