2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1830, on page 4,
3 line 22, after "Act", by inserting "or to the extent, subject
4 to the regulatory authority of the Federal Communications
5 Commission, the entity is defined by Title 47 Section 522(5)
6 of the United States Code, or providers of information
7 services as defined by Title 47 Section 153(20) of the United
8 States Code".
