2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1809 on page 23,
3 by replacing line 8 with the following:
4 "22, 1986 by the City of Tuscola; or
5 (R) if the ordinance was adopted on June 27,
6 1989 by the City of Aurora."; and
7 on page 48, line 32, after "Tuscola", by inserting the
8 following:
9 ", or (R) if the ordinance was adopted on June 27, 1989 by
10 the City of Aurora".
