1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1795
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1795 on page 2,
3 after line 10, by inserting the following:
4 "(3) To the use of a cellular radio telecommunication
5 device that has a digital two-way radio service capability
6 owned and operated by the school district, when that device
7 is being used as a digital two-way radio."; and
8 on page 2, line 11, by replacing "(3)" with "(4)".
