92_SB1698 LRB9215477LDtm 1 AN ACT in relation to certain land. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources is 5 authorized to convey an easement to the owner of record of 6 the real estate described in this Section. The easement may 7 be permanent and is to provide access to the real estate and 8 shall not be for other purposes. The easement shall be 9 conveyed in such form and with such conditions as may be 10 determined by the Department to be necessary. The real 11 estate that is the subject of this Section is described as 12 follows: 13 Part of the West Half(W 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 14 1/4) of Section Numbered Two (2), Township Numbered Eight (8) 15 North, Range Numbered Six (6) West of the Third Principal 16 Meridian, described in detail as follows; 17 Commencing at an iron pin at the Northwest corner of the 18 Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of said Section Numbered Two (2); 19 Thence South 0 degree 29 minutes 30 seconds West along 20 the Quarter Section line one hundred twenty-six and sixty-one 21 hundredths (126.61) feet to the point of beginning. Said 22 point of beginning being located in the South line of the old 23 railroad right of way. 24 From the point of beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes 25 24 seconds East along said right of way line thirteen hundred 26 thirty-five and seventy-six hundredths (1335.76) feet; 27 Thence South 0 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds West eleven 28 hundred ninety-five and fifty-four hundredths (1195.54) feet; 29 Thence West thirteen hundred thirty-five and sixty-seven 30 hundredths (1335.67) feet; 31 Thence North 0 degrees 29 minutes 30 seconds East twelve 32 hundred eleven and thirty-eight hundredths (1211.38) feet -2- LRB9215477LDtm 1 along the Quarter Section line to the point of beginning. 2 All in the County of Macoupin, State of Illinois. 3 Section 900. The Director of Natural Resources shall 4 obtain a certified copy of the portions of this Act 5 containing the title, enacting clause, the effective date, 6 the appropriate Section or Sections containing the land 7 descriptions of the property to be transferred or otherwise 8 affected, and this Section within 60 days after its effective 9 date and, upon receipt of payment required by the Section or 10 Sections, if any payment is required, shall record the 11 certified document in the Recorder's Office in the county in 12 which the land is located. 13 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 14 becoming law.
