1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1666
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1666 on page 3,
3 line 7, by replacing "regular" with "certified"; and
4 on page 3, line 10, after "error", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "and of the reasons therefor, including available
7 documentation of the reason why the sale should not have
8 occurred"; and
9 on page 4, line 4, by replacing "At any time after 30" with
10 "Thirty"; and
11 on page 4, line 6, before the comma, by inserting "or within
12 a reasonable time thereafter"; and
13 on page 4, line 9, after the period, by inserting the
14 following:
15 "The county collector, on making such a finding, shall,
16 within a reasonable time, process a refund check for the tax
17 purchaser or subsequent holder of the certificate of
18 purchase, to be paid upon surrender of the original
19 certificate of purchase.".
