4 No. 1, on page 3, line 3; page 13, line 3; page 22, line 8;
5 and page 27, line 25, by replacing "For taxable years 2001
6 and thereafter", each time it appears, with "For taxable
7 years ending on or after December 31, 2001 and ending on or
8 before December 31, 2004"; and
9 on page 9, line 30; page 18, line 25; page 25, line 26; and
10 page 30, line 13, by replacing "For taxable years 2001 and
11 thereafter", each time it appears, with "Beginning with
12 taxable year 2001"; and
13 on page 10, line 2; page 18, line 31; page 25, line 32; and
14 page 30, line 19, before the comma, by inserting "(if the
15 bonus depreciation deduction was taken in a taxable year
16 ending or on after after December 31, 2001 and ending on or
17 before December 31, 2004)".
