1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000 or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Illinois Commerce Commission for reimbursement
7 for 9-1-1 activities to all eligible entities covered under
8 the Emergency Telephone System Act.
9 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
10 1, 2001.
