1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be
5 necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
6 the Board of Higher Education to study the impact of
7 inter-institutional tuition waivers on public universities.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act becomes effective
9 on July 1, 2001.
