1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1, or so much thereof as may be
5 necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
6 the Office of the Comptroller to research options for
7 improving the state's cash flow.
8 Section 900. Effective date. This Act becomes effective
9 on July 1, 2001.
