2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1117 on page 22,
3 by replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
4 "(3) as amended by Public Act 91-478 or as amended by this
5 amendatory Act of the 92nd General Assembly,"; and
6 on page 24, lines 14 and 15, by deleting "10 or more"; and
7 on page 24, line 16, by deleting "such".
