1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1033
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 1033 on page 3,
3 after line 1, by inserting the following:
4 "(g) With respect to any person who received an
5 emergency payment of support from the State Disbursement Unit
6 pursuant to the direction of the Governor, the Illinois
7 Department must ask the person to repay the amount of the
8 check to the Illinois Department.".
