1 AN ACT concerning schools.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
5 Section 7-01 as follows:
6 (105 ILCS 5/7-01) (from Ch. 122, par. 7-01)
7 Sec. 7-01. For purposes of this Article 7, "county board
8 of school trustees" means the regional board of school
9 trustees elected under Article 6 of this Code Act, and
10 "county" means an educational service region, as determined
11 under Article 3A of this Code Act.
