3 line 5, by replacing ";" with "; and"; and
4 on page 14, by replacing lines 10 through 18 with the
5 following:
6 "(Y) is exempt from the provisions of Section 250.";
7 and
8 by deleting line 32 on page 34 and lines 1 through 18 on page
9 35.
