1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 698
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 698 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "(215 ILCS 106/97 rep.)
5 Section 5. The Children's Health Insurance Program Act is
6 amended by repealing Section 97.
7 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.".
