1 AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
5 Audiology Practice Act is amended by changing Section 10 as
6 follows:
7 (225 ILCS 110/10) (from Ch. 111, par. 7910)
8 Sec. 10. List of Speech-Language Pathologists and
9 Audiologists. The Department must shall maintain a list of
10 the names and addresses of the speech-language pathologists
11 and audiologists. Such lists must shall also be mailed by
12 the Department to any person upon request and payment of the
13 required fee.
