1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 634
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 634 as follows:
3 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:
5 "Section 5. The Criminal Code of 1961 is amended by
6 changing Section 1-1 as follows:
7 (720 ILCS 5/1-1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1-1)
8 Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may
9 be cited as the "Criminal Code of 1961".
