1 AN ACT concerning vehicles.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by
5 changing Section 2-101 as follows:
6 (625 ILCS 5/2-101) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 2-101)
7 Sec. 2-101. Administration vested in Secretary of State.
8 The Secretary of State is hereby vested with powers and
9 duties and jurisdiction of administering Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5,
10 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the The Illinois Vehicle Code.
