 1        AN ACT in relation to health.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.  The   Mental   Health   and   Developmental
 5    Disabilities Code is  amended  by  adding  Section  2-115  as
 6    follows:

 7        (405 ILCS 5/2-115 new)
 8        Sec.   2-115.  Participants   in  mental  health  courts.
 9    Subject to appropriations,  the  Department  shall  establish
10    pilot  programs to provide the clinical services necessary to
11    serve participants in mental health  courts  that  have  been
12    established in any judicial circuit in this State.
