1 AN ACT concerning higher education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended
5 by adding Section 2-20 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 805/2-20 new)
7 Sec. 2-20. The State Board may develop requirements and
8 adopt rules to establish a system for the credentialing of
9 adult education teachers.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2001.
