1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 104
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 104 as follows:
3 on page 2, below line 12, by inserting the following:
4 "This Act affects only coal owners, as defined in Section
5 10 of this Act, and does not affect the rights of surface
6 owners, except to the extent that they may also be coal
7 owners.".
