1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 5
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend Senate Bill 5 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 19, after "Act,", by inserting the following:
4 "all persons who have been convicted of a felony under the
5 laws of this State or any other jurisdiction who possess any
6 weapon prohibited under Section 24-1 of the Criminal Code of
7 1961 or any firearm or any firearm ammunition,"; and
8 on page 2, line 18, by replacing "5.541" with "5.545"; and
9 on page 2, by deleting lines 21 through 30; and
10 by deleting all of pages 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7; and
11 on page 8, by deleting lines 1 through 6.
