1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to recognize milestone dates in
4 the history of businesses in the State of Illinois; and
5 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that the
6 Prust-Hosch Funeral Chapel in West Union, Illinois celebrated
7 its 100th year of existence on April 1, 2001; and
8 WHEREAS, The Prust-Hosch Funeral Chapel was founded by
9 Harry Prust in 1901, and has been operated by members of the
10 Prust-Hosch family since, including Burton Prust, Donald
11 Hosch, and Gregory Hosch; and
12 WHEREAS, The Prust-Hosch Funeral Chapel continues to
13 loyally serve the residents of West Union, Illinois under
14 Gregory Hosch, the sole proprietor and fourth-generation
15 member of the Prust-Hosch family; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
18 we congratulate the Prust-Hosch Funeral Chapel in West Union,
19 Illinois, on the celebration of its 100th anniversary of
20 service; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to Gregory Hosch as an expression of our esteem.
