1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $261,539,400, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Home
7 Services Program.
8 Section 10. The sum of $8,191,300, or so much of that
9 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
10 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the
11 Family Assistance Program.
12 Section 15. The sum of $11,721,300, or so much of that
13 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
14 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the Home
15 Based Support Services Program.
16 Section 20. The sum of $6,468,300, or so much of that
17 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
18 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the
19 Supported Living Services Program.
20 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
21 July 1, 2002.
