The following named amounts, or so much 6 thereof as may be necessary, respectively, for the objects 7 and purposes hereinafter named, are appropriated from the 8 General Revenue Fund to the Industrial Commission: 9 GENERAL OFFICE 10 For Personal Services: 11 Regular Positions ........................... $ 3,980,300 12 Arbitrators ................................. 2,431,000 13 Court Reporters ............................. 943,100 14 For Employee Retirement Contributions 15 Paid by Employer ............................ 316,400 16 For State Contributions to State 17 Employees' Retirement System ................ 421,900 18 For Arbitrators' Retirement System ........... 257,700 19 For Court Reporters' Retirement System ....... 100,000 20 For State Contributions to 21 Social Security ............................. 533,500 22 For Contractual Services ..................... 339,400 23 For Travel ................................... 135,800 24 For Commodities .............................. 30,600 25 For Printing ................................. 30,600 26 For Equipment ................................ 16,500 27 For Telecommunications Services .............. 67,900 28 Total $9,604,700 29 ELECTRONIC DATA PROCESSING 30 For Personal Services ........................ $ 555,700 31 For State Contributions to State HB6260 Engrossed -2- LRB9216301BDdv 1 Employees' Retirement System ................ 58,900 2 For State Contributions to 3 Social Security ............................. 42,500 4 For Contractual Services ..................... 135,800 5 For Travel ................................... 2,000 6 For Commodities .............................. 1,000 7 For Equipment ................................ 2,400 8 For Printing ................................. 2,000 9 For Telecommunications Services .............. 26,200 10 Total $826,500 11 Section 2. In addition to the amounts heretofore 12 appropriated, the following named amount, or so much thereof 13 as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 14 Fund to the Industrial Commission for the project hereinafter 15 enumerated: 16 PEORIA OFFICE 17 For rent, staffing and equipment to operate 18 an office in Peoria................................ $84,900 19 Section 3. The amount of $101,300, or so much thereof as 20 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 21 Fund to the Industrial Commission for printing and 22 distribution of Workers' Compensation handbooks containing 23 information as to the rights and obligations of employers. 24 Section 4. The amount of $216,200, or so much thereof as 25 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 26 Fund to the Industrial Commission for the implementation and 27 operation of an accident reporting system. 28 Section 5. The sum of $80,500, or so much thereof as may 29 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 30 to the Industrial Commission for all costs associated with HB6260 Engrossed -3- LRB9216301BDdv 1 the establishment and operation of a satellite office in the 2 Metro East area. 3 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 4 July 1, 2002.
