The amount paid to each Account 14 shall be the amount certified by the Illinois Racing Board in 15 January 2001 to be transferred from each Account to each 16 eligible racing facility. 17 Section 20. The amount of $340,000, or so much as may be 31 necessary, and as remains unexpended at the close of business HB6202 Engrossed -22- LRB9216304SMdv 1 on June 30, 2002, from an appropriation heretofore made for 2 such purpose in Article 32, Section 21 of Public Act 92.8, as 3 amended, is reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 4 the Department of Agriculture for a biosecurity laboratory, 5 carcass disposal, tanks, and other costs associated with 6 homeland security. 7 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on 8 July 1, 2002.
