1 AN ACT in relation to transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Aeronautics Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (620 ILCS 5/1) (from Ch. 15 1/2, par. 22.1)
7 Sec. 1. Definitions.) For the purposes of this Act, the
8 words, terms, and phrases set forth in Sections 2 to 23b,
9 inclusive, shall have the meanings prescribed in those such
10 Sections unless otherwise specifically defined, or unless
11 another intention clearly appears, or the context otherwise
12 requires.
