1 AN ACT concerning State property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The State Property Control Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (30 ILCS 605/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 133b1)
7 Sec. 1. Definitions. The following words and phrases as
8 used in this Act, unless a different meaning is required by
9 the context, have the meanings as set forth in Sections 1.01
10 to 1.06, inclusive.
