1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $2,862,900, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Agriculture for the purpose
7 of expanding the exportation of Illinois grown crops.
8 Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
9 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
10 Revenue Fund to the Agricultural Premium Fund for pass
11 through to the Department of Agriculture's Bureau of
12 Marketing and Promotion for expenses connected with the
13 promotion and marketing of Illinois agriculture and
14 agricultural exports.
15 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on July
16 1, 2002.
