1 AN ACT concerning environmental protection.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended
5 by changing Section 54 as follows:
6 (415 ILCS 5/54) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1054)
7 Sec. 54. Definitions. For the purposes of this Title,
8 except as the context otherwise clearly requires, the words
9 and terms defined in the Sections that which follow this
10 Section and precede Section 55 shall have the meanings given
11 therein. Words and terms not defined shall have the meanings
12 otherwise set forth in this Act.
