1 AN ACT in relation to public safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Hazardous Materials Emergency Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
6 (430 ILCS 50/0.01) (from Ch. 127, par. 1250)
7 Sec. 0.01. Short Title title. This Act may be cited as
8 the Hazardous Materials Emergency Act.
