1 AN ACT in relation to credit and debit cards.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Credit Card and Debit Card Act
5 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
6 (720 ILCS 250/1) (from Ch. 17, par. 5901)
7 Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
8 "Illinois Credit Card and Debit Card Act".
