1 AN ACT in relation to the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
2 District.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
6 Act is amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
7 (70 ILCS 2605/2) (from Ch. 42, par. 321)
8 Sec. 2. Judicial notice of sanitary districts. All courts
9 in this state shall take judicial notice of the existence of
10 all sanitary districts organized under this act.
