1 AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Professional Counselor and Clinical
5 Professional Counselor Licensing Act is amended by changing
6 Section 35 as follows:
7 (225 ILCS 107/35)
8 (Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2002)
9 Sec. 35. Application for original license. Applications
10 for an original license licenses shall be made to the
11 Department on forms prescribed by the Department and
12 accompanied by the required fee which is not refundable. All
13 applications shall contain such information that, in the
14 judgment of the Department, will enable the Department to
15 pass on the qualifications of the applicant for a license to
16 practice as a licensed professional counselor or licensed
17 clinical professional counselor.
