 1        AN ACT in relation to State finance.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section  5.  The State Finance Act is amended by changing
 5    Section 6c as follows:

 6        (30 ILCS 105/6c) (from Ch. 127, par. 142c)
 7        Sec. 6c.  All  fees  and  other  money  received  by  the
 8    Division  of  Highways  of  the  Department of Transportation
 9    shall, upon being paid into the State treasury, be placed  in
10    the  road  fund.  After the effective date of this amendatory
11    Act of 1980, investment income that which is attributable  to
12    the  investment  of moneys of the road fund shall be retained
13    in the road fund.
