1 AN ACT concerning long-term care facilities.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Abused and Neglected Long Term Care
5 Facility Residents Reporting Act is amended by changing
6 Section 5 as follows:
7 (210 ILCS 30/5) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 4165)
8 Sec. 5. Photographs and x-rays. Any person required to
9 investigate cases of suspected resident abuse or neglect may
10 take or cause to be taken, at the resident's expense, color
11 photographs and x-rays of the area of trauma on the resident
12 who is the subject of a report.
