1 AN ACT concerning family farmers.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Family Farmer Support Act is
5 amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (505 ILCS 57/5)
7 Sec. 5. Family farmer. "Family farmer" means an
8 individual who is a resident of Illinois and who owns or
9 leases land in Illinois that is used as a farm as that term
10 is defined in Section 1-60 of the Property Tax Code.
