1 AN ACT concerning aquaculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Aquaculture Development Act is amended by
5 changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 215/3) (from Ch. 5, par. 2303)
7 Sec. 3. Purpose. The purpose of this Act is to
8 establish a policy and program toward improving the science
9 and husbandry of aquaculture as a means to expand the
10 aquaculture industry and related economic activity in
11 Illinois this State.
