1 AN ACT concerning agriculture.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act is
5 amended by changing Section 3.01 as follows:
6 (505 ILCS 90/3.01) (from Ch. 5, par. 63a)
7 Sec. 3.01. Nursery records. A nurseryman and nursery
8 dealer shall maintain for one year records of plant
9 purchases, acquisitions, sales or other distributions, and
10 make the records available upon request to the Director for
11 inspection. It shall be unlawful for any person to withhold
12 records, keep or file false records or to inaccurately alter
13 his or her records or to present to the Department any
14 materially false records.
