1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $23,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for the purpose of
7 increasing the hourly rate paid by the Department to vendors
8 for homemaker, chore, and housekeeper service under the
9 Department's Community Care Program.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
11 July 1, 2002.
