1 AN ACT concerning the regulation of professions.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Detection of Deception Examiners Act is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 430/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 2402)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2012)
8 Sec. 2. Legislative declaration. The practice of the
9 detection of deception in the State of Illinois is declared
10 to affect the public health, safety and welfare and is
11 subject to regulation and control in the public interest.
