1 AN ACT concerning energy conservation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Energy Conservation and Coal Development
5 Act is amended by changing Section 13 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 1105/13) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 7413)
7 Sec. 13. Rules. The Department shall have the authority
8 to promulgate any such rules and regulations that as are
9 necessary to carry out the purposes of the Illinois
10 Industrial Coal Utilization Program.
