1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4407
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4407 on page 3 by
3 replacing lines 9, 10, and 11 with the following:
4 "except that ownership of (i) a vehicle that has incurred
5 only hail damage that does not affect the operational
6 safety of the vehicle or (ii) any vehicle 9 model".
