1 AN ACT in relation to education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Public Community College Act is amended
5 by changing Section 2-8 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 805/2-8) (from Ch. 122, par. 102-8)
7 Sec. 2-8. Oath. Before entering upon his duties each
8 member of the State Board shall take and subscribe an oath as
9 required by Section 3 of Article XIII of the Constitution of
10 Illinois, and file the same in the office of the Secretary of
11 State.
