1 AN ACT in relation to public aid.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
5 changing Section 5-10 as follows:
6 (305 ILCS 5/5-10) (from Ch. 23, par. 5-10)
7 Sec. 5-10. Entitlement to Social Services. Persons
8 receiving medical assistance shall be entitled to receive,
9 under Article IX and the "Illinois Act on the Aging",
10 approved August 29, 1973, as amended, such rehabilitative,
11 training or other social services as are appropriate to their
12 condition.
