1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4081
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 4081 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 26 through 32 with the following:
4 "(a-5) A person commits stalking when he or she has
5 previously been convicted of stalking another person and
6 knowingly and without lawful justification on one
7 occasion:
8 (1) follows that same person or places that
9 same person under surveillance; and
10 (2) transmits a threat of immediate or future
11 bodily harm, sexual assault, confinement or
12 restraint; and
13 (3) the threat is directed towards that person
14 or a family member of that person.".
