1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3810
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3810 on page 1, in
3 line 18 by inserting after the period the following:
4 "An employer with more than 100 employees shall not be
5 required to permit more than 3% of the employees to be absent
6 under this Section on the same election day."; and
7 on page 2, in line 1 by inserting after the period the
8 following:
9 "An employer with more than 100 employees shall not be
10 required to permit more than 3% of the employees to be absent
11 under this Section on the same election day.".
