1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3519
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3519, by deleting
3 everything after the enacting clause and inserting in lieu
4 thereof the following:
5 "Section 1. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
7 Fund to the Illinois Farm Development Authority for transfer
8 to the Illinois Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund.
9 Section 2. The sum of $250,000, or so much thereof as
10 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
11 Fund to the Illinois Farm Development Authority for the
12 purpose of interest buy-back as authorized under the Illinois
13 Farm Development Act.
14 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
15 1, 2001.".
